Hi! I'm Betsy
I am a Movement Coach, a proud Cuban-born girl with nothing more than passion, a desire to help others, and a dream, created a community and a global movement called “Pongamos de Moda la Felicidad,” which means let’s make happiness our style. Its goal is to help people transform themselves and be happy using meaningful actions to create results.
I have been a Zumba ambassador, ZES and International Presenter for more than 15 years. Personal Trainer, Reiki Practitioner, Life and Movement Coach, Purium Brand Partner, Musician, Model and actress … and It sounds a lot but I don't stop adding new tools to my life, so I can bring the best of me to this World. Everything adds value to our path. That's why, combining my degree in Music (piano), Dance, Philosophy, Coaching, healing techniques and Fitness, with my Purpose as Co-Creator, my goal is to make people feel how the body can manifest itself, achieving better results and balance, by using the power of the intention through movement. Creating this powerful awakening, I'm building a movement community to transform positively many lives all over the world.
I had featured in shows as CNN, Despierta America, Premios Lo Nuestro, Billboard Award Alma Awards, amongst others. She is featured in several ZIN™ Volumes and has performed at several Fitness-Concert™ events with artists such as Pitbull, Wyclef Jean, Wisin, Don Omar, Sean Paul, Gente de Zona, Daddy Yankee, amongst others. She has presented at several conventions and expos and now she travels the world as International Presenter.

My daily intent of living in coherence to sustain the pilars of love, peace and joy drives me to evolve, and as I evolve learning and applying to myself the new knowledge, I use it to create, based on my personal experince, practical tools to illuminate other people’s Life. I used to call this: Co-creation.
